The Center for Sex & Culture will have a one-time radio show this Saturday February 19 from 1:30 -- 2:00 pm featuring Carol, Robert, and maybe some other CSC folks. It is micro-radio, available in SF only unless the webstream (see below) works out. also: Carol will guest on her friend Violet Blue's show at 5:30! This day of radio was organized in protest of the current FDA indecency crackdown, so there'll be lots of sex talk and probably a lot of free speech talk too. More details:
All events are in the front window of Artist's Television Access at
992 Valencia Street at 21st. You can also tune in at 88.9FM. We might
have a stream available at

Satisfying sex is much easier when you have the know-how and GV Staff Sexologist Dr. Carol Queen and her partner Dr. Robert Morgan are here to give you the scoop on making your sex the best it can be. They’ll cover sexual anatomy and pleasure, the process of arousal, how to have better orgasms during intercourse, using toys to combine types of stimulation, and much more. Whether you’re flying solo or with a partner, using toys or your hand, this class will give you lots of ideas and exercises to try at home for better orgasms.

Join the Center for Sex & Culture in welcoming Elizabeth Topp and Dr. Carol Livoti, a mother-daughter team whose new book Vaginas: An Owner's Manual provides an in-depth look at this fine (but sometimes misunderstood) body part. If you own a vagina yourself (or know and love someone who does), come to CSC for a fact-filled, frisky presentation from author Topp and her mom, a longtime gynecologist. Learn some vaginal history, myths (and facts), plus useful information on health and maintenance. They'll answer your questions, too, and have discounted copies of the book available for sale. There is no charge for this event, though if you wish you can make a tax-deductible donation to the Center for Sex & Culture. Visit Dr. Livoti and Topp's site at vaginas411.com for more information about the book.
When: Friday, February 25, 8 pm
Where: CSC, 398 11th Street at Harrison in San Francisco
